Our current mining site after exploration and research analysis is located at the serene plains of Kakini Hills in Yankan Dutse in Birnin Gwari Local Government Area of Kaduna State in northern Nigeria.

Installed Jig Concentrator with Trommel on top

The mining process begins with the excavation of materials by a CAT 320C excavator. The material is fed directly to the wash plant via the feed Hopper through to the conveyor belt and into a high throughput scrubbing and screening Trommel where high-pressure water washes loose material off large rocks. Washed oversize material is immediately removed as tailings.

Undersized fine tailings and silt flow into the Jig concentrator. Lighter particles are washed out over the ridges of the Jig concentrator. Classified, heavy material trapped by the suction effect of the Jig concentrator is fed to the Vibrating Sluice table. The Vibrating Sluice tables continuously self-clean and upgrade the concentrate.

Concentrate is then removed and finally fed to the Concentrating table where finer separation and extrication of gold particles is done through automatic panning of the concentrate.
